The OMBUDSMAN de Montréal is kicking off a tour of the boroughs and reaching out to citizens!
The OdM team will soon be visiting the Côte-des-Neiges—Notre-Dame-de-Grâce and Ville-Marie boroughs to meet with citizens.
- The Ombudsman, Ms Johanne Savard, will make a brief presentation.
- Members of her team will be available on-site to provide information on the OdM’s role and to explain the positive impact of its interventions to resolve conflicts between citizens and the City.
- Citizens with a municipal concern can also meet an OdM Advisor, privately and in strict confidentiality, to discuss the issue. It is strongly recommended to make an appointment by phone at 514 872-8999 or by email at [email protected].
