Following a successful stop at the Arrondissement de Mercier‒Hochelaga-Maisonneuve on February 5th, the OMBUDSMAN de Montréal continues its tour in Arrondissement de Verdun to meet with citizens and organizations and promote its services!
- The Ombudsman, Ms Johanne Savard, will make a brief presentation.
- Members of her team will be available on-site to provide information on the OdM’s role and to explain the positive impact of its interventions to resolve conflicts between citizens and the City.
- Citizens with a municipal concern can also meet an OdM Advisor, privately and in strict confidentiality, to discuss the issue. It is strongly recommended to make an appointment by phone at 514 872-8999 or by email at [email protected].

- Information booth and one-on-one meetings: from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Ombudsman’s presentation: at 1 p.m. (approximately one hour)
