The OMBUDSMAN de Montréal continues its tour with a next stop in Arrondissement de Mercier‒Hochelaga-Maisonneuve to meet with citizens and organizations and promote its services!
- The Ombudsman, Ms Johanne Savard, will make a brief presentation.
- Members of her team will be available on-site to provide information on the OdM’s role and to explain the positive impact of its interventions to resolve conflicts between citizens and the City.
- Citizens with a municipal concern can also meet an OdM Advisor, privately and in strict confidentiality, to discuss the issue. It is strongly recommended to make an appointment by phone at 514 872-8999 or by email at [email protected].
