{"id":906,"date":"2011-11-24T20:40:18","date_gmt":"2011-11-25T01:40:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ombudsmandemontreal.com\/?page_id=906"},"modified":"2013-03-07T15:30:04","modified_gmt":"2013-03-07T20:30:04","slug":"office-municipal-dhabitation-de-montreal-omhm","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ombudsmandemontreal.com\/en\/cases-handled\/examples-of-cases-handled\/housing\/office-municipal-dhabitation-de-montreal-omhm","title":{"rendered":"Office municipal d\u2019habitation de Montr\u00e9al (OMHM)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In her 2004 Annual Report, the <span class=\"caps-bold \">Ombudsman de Montr\u00e9al<\/span> had mentioned that she had received numerous complaints with regard to social housing which, in Ville de Montr\u00e9al, falls under the jurisdiction of OMHM.<\/p>\n<p>In her 2005 Annual Report, the <span class=\"caps-bold \">Ombudsman de Montr\u00e9al<\/span> noted that OMHM was planning to set up a <em>Bureau des plaintes<\/em>, for 2006. The <span class=\"caps-bold \">Ombudsman de Montr\u00e9al<\/span> team offered its full support to the persons responsible to set up and to run this new office.<\/p>\n<p>This project took concrete form and the OMHM <em>Bureau des plaintes<\/em> began its activities on March 15, 2006.
