The <strong>OdM<\/strong> wants to make sure that the appropriate measures are in place to ensure a problem-free transition and avoid the issuance of <em>Statements of Offence <\/em>to drivers of good faith unaware of this decision: e.g. modification of parking signs and adequate communication with citizens and the SPVM.<\/p>\n<p>The Borough has already sent <em>Notices to Residents <\/em>and published ads in local media and social media informing the population of this decision. The Borough, however, has not contacted the SPVM to ensure an orderly transition.<\/p>\n<p>Following our intervention, the Borough quickly touches base with the Local Police Stations and with the SPVM division responsible for the Parking Agents.
