She would like to have these blocks relocated to a reasonable distance, in compliance with the regulation. She lodged an unsuccessful complaint with the Borough.<\/p>\n<p>Following our intervention, the Borough arranged for the property owner to relocate the cement blocks within an acceptable distance of the street curb.<\/p>\n<p>Our enquiry further revealed that the current use of the land is not compliant with what is allowed. The Borough agreed to intervene to resolve the situation.
