La Petite-Patrie, the <em>Service de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie de Montr\u00e9al<\/em> (SIM) had deemed that there was a risk of flooding.\u00a0 Therefore, it had ordered the shutdown of all the building\u2019s water accesses.\u00a0 This situation had been going on for many months and the business owner was complaining of the Borough\u2019s inaction.\u00a0 Through our intervention, we got the Borough to intensify its follow-ups and got the SIM to conduct a new inspection.\u00a0 The owner of the building finally completed some urgent work.\u00a0 The access to water was re-established.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Following work started on the upper floors of the building where a business is located, in Arrondissement de Rosemont &#8211;
