Aqueduct \/ Sewer (2014)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>One of our investigations revealed gaps in the broadcast and availability of information regarding the respective responsibilities of citizens and the City, with regard to the maintenance of aqueduct and sewer pipes, in Arrondissement de C\u00f4te-des-Neiges &#8211;
