The Ombudsman de Montréal’s offices are located on the ground floor of the Montréal City Hall, a few steps away from the Champ-de-Mars metro station. The building is accessible to people with reduced mobility through the Place Vauquelin entrance (presently closed due to construction works) and through the Gosford street entrance. An automated door opening system enables people in wheelchairs to easily access our offices.
